I am sharing my reviews of whirlpool refrigerator which I purchased from Ace technomark, sector 18 noida. I know you must be wondering why I m mentioning dealers name here.the reason is; both are equally responsible for this unpleasant experience.
On 01 Apr 2015, I booked a refrigerator model no REF 205 GEN CLS PLUS 4S WINE FIESTA-WRPL from ACE Technomark showroom( J-36/37, sector-18, Noida- 201301). It was scheduled to be delivered at 7PM on 02 Apr but after lot of follow up it was finally delivered at 10PM. On unpacking it, I found power cable was missing from the refrigerator.
I called the dealer and he promised me that by tomorrow(03 Arp 2015) morning electrician will come and fix it. At 2 PM the engineer fro whirlpool came to visit and just note down the model to get the power cable. When I called the whirlpool service people around 5; they were not answering my call and when I called the dealer, he told me engineers are busy with some urgent meeting so they will visit by tomorrow morning.
Beware when you take any service from whirlpool or their service partner/dealer. One you paid them, they don’t listen to you. you have to follow them again and again.i made 30 plus calls since I booked the refrigerator and count still goes on. I feel, NOW DAYS ONLINE SHOPPING IS FAR BETTER THAN THESE RETAIL SHOPS, although you cannot see the products physically but their customer service is awesome.
