Hello Friends , I would like to share the bad experience we faced with whirpool refrigerator .My Brother purchased a lot of products in Whirlpool company. We thought the product is good, until the dryer machine didn’t work all of a sudden. We call a customer service. After a week the maintenance came to check the dryer but he said that they need to purchase the other part of the dryer. That was happened last September, We’re keep calling the customer service. We can’t even count how many times we call them. But unfortunately even them they can’t give us an exact date when they can fix the dryer machine. SLOW RESPONSE FROM WHIRLPOOL COMPANY! Shame on you guys.
