Cooling is coming properly.
When I called customer Care facing below issues
1 waiting time is too long
2 service person has not yet come . Complaint raised around 1 month before
3 without contacting customer, service team will close the cases from their end. We won’t be getting and update
I guess all managers are sleeping. None of them are worried about NPS.
