I have bought this washing machine before 3 months. After reading lots of online reviews and suggestions in between LG, Whirlpool, me and my sister decided to go for this model. Main reason behind this is trusted brand like Whirlpool. But at last moment my sister bought LG 6.5 kg(T7567TEEL3) due to graphics.
Service person came for installation and demo of the machine. But when he started machine I found it is too noisy. When same thing I asked to service person, whether it is normal or any issue with particular model? But he said it is normal.
After one month of uses its sound was non bearable. I called up to whirlpool customer support. They have fixed service appointment, after checking machine their service person said there is no issue, after regular servicing this problem will be solve.
My sisters LG model has no sound. If you stand beside the machine you will be unable to recognise whether it is on or off. But the trusted brand like Whirlpool is not able to provide that quality. My previous LG semi automatic washing machine’s sound level was low as compared to Whirlpool DC-62.
The main reason behind purchase of this model was Brand name "Whirlpool". Really disappointed with the product.
