Please find the details below for my complaint:

We complaint on 15/8/2012 on above mentioned service center for our washing machine which we bought on 7/12/2011, as per company it is in onsite warranty, we got a positive response on 16/8/2012. We were informed to change few parts in the machine. All the items he changed has been charged in warranty period. We are not supposed to make any kind of any payment in the warranty period, this is highly disappointing to me.


I have made payment for below mentioned parts.


1) Spin Bellow ,


2) Socker


At the same time service , executive advised us to replace the spin motor, spinning is not working due to problem in the spin motor.


3) Spin Motor ( This motor is still not working).


Spin motor has not been replaced. I do not understand how a company like whirlpool can make such service less authority to give service to there valuable customer. I am a regular customer of whirlpool from last 15 years.


Unfortunately, Machine is still not working, It was know to the service executive that it will not work without spin motor. and he told us that this model is not successful in the market. If this is the case, this is the duty of Whirlpool to take care of there product and customer.  He asked us to wait for a day, that he will come on next with spin motor and replace it.


He never came back , till that time we have call so many times on local service center, they are ignoring our call.


On 21 Aug I got toll free number and launched complaint at toll free number. It was highly uncomfortable situation for me. Thanks to toll free number that he came with in 24 hrs. As per him there is some more issues in the machine, he again mentioned the spin motor problem and requested us to wait for a day that he will come next day and change.


Unfortunately he has not come, from last 3 days I am calling again and again to toll free number, they are giving response executive will come.


Please let me know if it is possible for your guys to solve or not. if it is not possible I think the company hasn’t left any other option other then Jaipur consumer court to me.


To retain your customer you should give them a good service.
