Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I don’t even hesitate to use the word "service" as it doesn’t exist. I hired an engineer online but he didn’t show up. When I requested this online, the reference number that was sent in the confirmation email was not recognized. Unable to reach by phone or chat with anyone. I called the main head office number and was told I needed to keep trying. I earn my living, I don’t have time to spend all day on phone calls trying to find an answer to a simple question.
