I purchased a fully automatic washing machine online. The service provider visited a month ago nd promised to replace the part within 2 wks. It has been more than one and half month with no resolution. They keep on postponing. On escalation with the service provider she says she cant my purchase record though I have the job sheet provided by them . Whirlpool customer service is simply pathetic. They dont have any escalation flow and keep directing to the service provider.
