Purchased Whirlpool Washing machine front loading 7 kg (XS7012BYS-33010) 3 months before but rubber got damaged because of quality issue and not using proper quality rubber, since rubber is not cover under warranty unnecessary we have to pay 4000/-.... This is business strategy of making money.....Also not providing the proper escalation matrix and customer service kept me on hold for more than 45 minutes but end result was ZERO. Is this called customer service????
