I wanted to get a good RO water purifier for my baby. I zeroed in on Eureka Forbes’ Aquasure. I sent an enquiry through their website. Infact I was going for their higer end model which was priced at 19k. I entered all the details in their website and waited for their reply, for one week no response. So I decided to go and look for some other model.
I went to near by mall and saw Whirlpool RO for only 12.5k 6 Litre. I immediately brought it and informed the store that I want the installation by next day evening as after that I would be leaving for my native.
Sure enough next day the rep called, fixed an appointment. Also the Call center people had called me and gave me a secret code which I could give to the technician if I am completely satisfied.
Now the tech was at my place around the stipulated time and did the installation etc.I was more than Impressed. He did all work even cleaned the kitchen of all the mess he created by way of drilling etc (I was in the hall and never knew about it. I told him I’ll clean it later on) The RO is also performing wonderful.I am really Impressed by Whirlpools service... and ofcourse its a good product
