Please never ever try to imagine to buy this product.Problem:1) Air lock2) Major issue - System take more than 5 hours to fill 6 Ltr of water.
when we called up for the issue, response was very fast.within a day engineers turned up and resolved the Air lock issue.But 2 nd issue not resolved they asked us to observe the Issue for one day.We called them up for the second time it took 2 days to turn back for them .
They accepted the fault and replaced a new machine.But same problem was there in the new machine also, when I complained again about the same, service engineers came and said our water pressure was low.I showed them the manual which states machine will work fine under any water pressure condition and it will take Max one and half hour to refill.
They were not able to answer my question and left stating we will turn back.But from then onwards I am calling up the local service people and the customer care no but no response yet.Much add up to the frustartion customer care person disconnecting the call when I ask him to transfer the call to higher official.
