I always had a lowly opinion about the brand Whirlpool. When much persuasion I bought this. Can you believe, I got them to give an undertaking that they will ensure spares for next 5 years. That is the level of confidence I had in the brand. For the past 1 week I am made to run from pillar to post to fix a small issue. I wrote such nasty mails, they never bothered to resolve my issues. I really wonder how can such a multi-national can be so insensitive and so thick skinned. Their after sale service is so pathetic.
I would like all the Indians to buy their product and experience the company’s apathy towards their customers so that India can witness another "Swadeshi Movement"
