I have been using this water purifier for the last 6 months. The problem started since a month back. I have been calling the customer service people literally everyday! but no luck!
No engineer comes to field. They give you engineer contact details but if you call them first time they will attend. from then on wards the mobile will be switched off!
I will never ever recommend this product to anyone! Beware of this product and don’t buy and recommend to anyone! Utter waste!
