This company has gone bad to worse. I had bought a whirlpool RO water purifier, 3 yrs back for 15000/-, one expects this to work for at least 5 yrs. But after one year the problem will start. WHIRLPOOL SERVICE BACK UP IS MOST PATHETIC. You will get frustrated but they will not listen. For almost 30 days my water purifier is not working but the service people are not responding, they are saying the spares are not available. For a health essential thing like water purifier for which we depend for our family’s health, the service contract providers are not trustworthy.
Same thing happened for washing machine, the spares are not available, and this time they actually told that company has stopped manufacturing the particular spare, because of which machine was having problem. IN 3 YRS, COMPANY STOPPED MANUFACTURING THE SPARE. DO YOU THROW THE MACHINE.
