I purchased new whirlpool Neocool split ac 1.5 ton on 29.5.2020 and local vendor came after two days on 31.5.2020 who told us to be sent by the whirlpool for installation from company and from the day of installation it didn’t work properly. Three visit have been done by these so called service engineer but nothing is resolved. No punitive action has been taken even after repeated complaints.
I advised not to buy whirlpool products as they are making fools to all the customers.
