I purchased while pool after step up and down in couple of shops in and around valasaravakkam. I’ve purchased it an year back. With in one or two months time my machine gone mail function after i made the complaint the same day support guy turned down to my home and did some basic test and replaced the board. He told the reason may be electrical supply is not proper, it’s partially true since in our flat some times we faced problem with the electricity / power failure.
Another time we made the complaint because the we had a doubt that the machine is not working properly, this time they elaborate more about the functions slowly and told there is no problem with the machine or function. Price is nearly 14k when I’ve purchased an year back. Just check in whirl pool godowns is available at the end of ramapuram road (near miot hospital).
I could say it’s good in washing and good support in Chennai.
