I bought a Whirlpool T-50 magic just a month back hoping to get at least a good customer support from whirlpool, being an reputed and world known organisation. My expectation collapsed when I called in for a problem about 3 weeks back and I did not even get a single service person at my doorstep till today.
I have been thinking of escalating this to their corporate office to see what do they have to say about it, just that I will be spending huge money to make an international call. Unfortunately when I called in third time to verify about my complaint, I was informed that my complaint was never logged and they will login the same day.
Do we really expect this kind of response from Whirlpool? I think you all can self assess by just trying and calling them before you even buy Whirlpool. So far I am not 1% satisfied from their customer support.
