Few years back, My family was planning to buy a washing machine. After browsing all the wash Machine from various brands, Whirlpool White Magic fit in just right with its looks and the budget. But this choice we regret till date. The quality of this washing machine is bad. The looks and the design is good, but this product is not at all worth purchasing. The glass flap on which the machine start and stops does not last for more than 3 to 4 months. Also the belt which is used to rotate the machine breaks. We had to replace many parts in this machine to make it work. Also the spare parts are very costly. The buttons on the front panel does not work after few month’s. Currently only the "Stop Button" is working. For people who wish to buy a good quality washing machine, I do not recommend this brand at all!
