I bought whirlpool washing machine T 50- I have been cheated from day1. I was told it had 5 years warranty and when it started giving trouble , I was told that it was only 2 years. Soon after two years it started giving trouble- Can you imagine -I have spent more than Rs 8000 for repairs! Most of the service engineers know nothing about the machine.
They have brought old used parts and have tried to sell it to me as new. Once one part is replaced and the machine still doesnt’ run they say some other part needs to be changed. Gasket has been changed thrice then the bearing and now the timer. They take weeks and minths to respond to your calls.Will you still like to buy this machine ? I will never recommend it to any one. The very name has started irritating me.
