We bought Whirlpool whitemagic washing machine couple of months ago. It showed issues within four months of usage. There is an issue approximetely every two months. Everytime there is an issue the customer support people guarantee that they will fix it within 3 working days but they take longer than that.
Its not been one year since we bought this product and there are parts that need to be replaced for it to work. These parts have not arrived yet and its been six days. Every time we call the guy he says that he will be coming that day itself. We don’t go out and stay in the house but there is no sign of him.
