Don’t buy product from Whirlpool, they are equally bad. I purchased a washing machine in Nov, 14, since date of installation I am facing huge problems in machine. Product is really bad. Service engg never turns up, my complaint no is cn0115031388 for your reference. They also broke my old machine leg and now asking for a charge despite there fault.
My suggestion would be go for a better company or buy chinese, these folk in Whirlpool are bad/theif in service and product manufacturing. I used to be loyalist but the new product quality is very bad and servicing your machine will be a big headache.
