It has been more than two months since I have been sharing my good and bad experience with all of you guy. Today, I would like to share a bad experience which I had last year in the month of July when I made a decision to buy Whirlpool Window AC 1.5 Ton.
Whirlpool Window AC 1.5 Ton costed me INR 22, 700.00 and I paid INR 7, 000.00 in advanced and rest in EMI by Bajaj Finserv(thanks to Bajaj). Well, the air condition worked for two months really good. However, I had an issue in the starting of the third month. The fan started giving a weird sound(garrrrrr).
I called the customer support and they were good(to be very honest) and sent a technician to have a look on it. Well, since it was just the third month of a product Whirlpool Window AC 1.5 Ton and I was asked to pay INR 1, 800.00 to get this garbage repaired. I was shocked and asked him, Why? He was too rude and asked me that the fan is not operational any longer.
I asked him to please go back and hired a local electrician who fixed this for INR 150.00 only. Well, Whirlpool Window AC 1.5 Ton will give you nothing but, just headache all the time. I have been experiencing issues since I have bought this garbage.
