I bought the whirlpool ac 1.5 ton window on june 2017. When in starting when my family and me went to bought ac in whirlpool showroom then the staff of their are Responsing us very good and talking in a good behaviour but when after 2 or 3 weeks the ac starts to no cooling. We also have switch on the ac for 1 hour but the ac doesnt cool the room.I complaint on whirlpool customer service then at first time they said that the engineer will come in 2 days but the engineer doesnt come in 3 days also then I called again to the customer services then I make a conversation with him and also told that I also called 3 days earlier regarding the problem but he said that sir there is no complaint regarding your ac I, ll make it new that time.I also told him that sir what can I do. Then after 2 days the engineer came and said that sir your ac is in guarantee but there is a issue on interior parts and the company doesnt pay for interior parts defect .Then I have to pay again 2100 .for the defect issue. The whirlpool brand some products can be good but the services of whirlpool is very very bad. However it is service center or call center.
Please dont buy the ac from whirlpool.
