I purchased this product obviously to get the protection from hot summer. I purchased this product last year. It had the 2 years warranty. After using 2 month it start releasing hot air except cold air. I called the showroom they sent an servicemen after a week.
They provide very low quality service. After reparing within 5 days it again start giving problems like sparking. It start consuming more power then it requirement and I again called for servicemen. They said that this time service is paid. I told them that AC has the warranty of 2 years. I really hate this product. I recommend you to that you should properly collect the all the information about this product.
