We had purchased a WHIRPOOL FRIGDE 2 years back.15 days back its board got damaged due to voltage fluctuations.Service centre was contacted & a service engineer came & took the original electric board/circuit of the fridge.He promised 2 days time to replace the same & since out of warranty so chargeable amount Rs.4500.00.We agreed.
Now the service centre refuses to pick up phone & talk.Mobile no. not reachable.without fridge since 15 days.Whom should we approach?
