I got Whirlpool White Magic machine when I heard lot of things about the technology. But I regret now. This machine on the day of the purchase broke down with a damage in the tub. To replace that part, I had to pay extra money. There started the trouble.
The after sales service is just pathetic. Your calls are answered very rudely. To replace any of the part, it takes atleast a week’s time. You have to really fight to get things done from the service center.
The agitator wash technology is not suitable for all clothes. The machine consumes lot of water.
Infact there is nothing great to mention about the machine nor the technology. Its no way better than my earlier washing machine BPL. Unfortunately BPL machines are no more in market.
In a span of 8 months, the machine had a breakdown 4 times. With these lines, I leave it to you to decide your luck!!.
