Below are feedback to Whitefield Honda. If they do not improve in Service, they will loose their market to others, despite having great products.
(1) If you want to drop your Honda car for service, you need to wait atleast 1.5 hours to 2.5 hours, depending on how loud you can shout on the service advisor. Very unorganized and they do not value your time.
(2) Service Engineers are not knowledgeable. Do not know how to diagnose & never give you right solution.
(3) I really do not know what they mean by Wheel alignment & balancing. My City used to run smoothly at 150 to 160 kmph. After Whitefield honda performed Wheel alignment & balancing, it vibrates above 100 KMPH. Other side effect of this is uneven tyre wear hence reduced life.
(4) Take any 4-5 year old vehicle for service to Whitefield Honda, one of the advice you get is "replace front bearings" though the bearing are in excellent condition. Easy way of making quick bucks. I am sure many of the users would have encountered this. I heard from 2-3 of my friends.
(5) Many people in the body shop are corrupt. They offer service to customers without invoicing. I am wondering if the management is aware of this.
Overall what I can understand from this is that the management is not monitoring all these hence resulting in customer dissatisfaction.
But as a product, no doubt, Honda cars are the best in class.
