Horrible experience with whitefield honda service employee am Dr Hari Babu, purchased Honda Mobilio(KA 03 MU 7282) october 2014 registered under the name Dr.Asha k r my wife from whitefield Honda. My car left front tyre got flattened while driving last week, I took it to the same show room, honda service employee saw the tyre there was a 3cms linear cut on the side surface with a abrassion over the alloy wheel but without any dent on the alloy wheel. He also inspected my car, there was no damage to any part of the car.
Honda service employee said its due ware and tare. I told him its just 4 month old car. He said it is an impact on the tyre . I said if its an impact what is the extent of impact, can you give me an explanation, he didn’t have an answer. I said extent of impact can be measured by inspecting the alloy wheel and the car. There is no single damage to the car. An impact to cause abrrassion on alloy wheel is sufficient to damage a 4 month old tyre(Goodyear tyre).
He had no answer. His final conclusion was a stone impact on the tyre, it cannot be replaced.
