Such nasty and pathetic service. I am following up for my refund from past April and the escalation team and BU heads and Finance team are such an idiots they are least bit bothered about themself and companies reputation .I have lost my job and I am unable to continue the course I just took one class for my son and they Charing me 3000+ rupees though I agreed to pay but they are still in process of refunding money. Some idiotic team informed me in October in November they refund.but it’s December still I have not received my money. If they are bankrupt they atleast should say that they are using my money ol for there survival but there is no update on anything. Please it’s request to all the parents never ever get classes from such ethicless company where they don’t understand the situation of hard earned money and satisfaction of customers. They are least bothered about reputation of company and there Goodwill such ruthless company.
