Normally companies hire employees and give them training.
They are opposite and their process is pathetic. They want to save money.
They want you to get training by yourself and be ready completely as a teacher(with our courses, content and strategies ready), and then they will ask you to give them demo as a teacher. They have many processes in these demos which will almost waste your full week. You will get selected in first round always, they will then ask you to ready for second demo and then third demo. They will ultimately reject you in third demo. If they want a God teacher then why the hell they are not ready to give any training.
How could they expect someone to invest time on learning their courses, content, give a exact right demo which they expert teachers are giving. They are just saving money so that they dont have to invest money in training. You will have to learn yourself, how can you! if the youtube videos can make you a teacher then youtube videos can make a scientiest also, why the students needs their course then.
Fking Idiots who has developed this hiring process. Besides this, they dont wanna value any talent, they just want robots who will read the PDF in front of students. If you are a robot, go there. No growth, no learning.
By the way, I never appeared for interview with them because it sucks. Never want to work with such company.
