Pathetic HR. Its a total waste of time. First you will receive a call who will confirm you for interview dont know who was he when asked what is probation period he replied it depends on interview performance. I mean which HR doesnt know probation period? Then when u go for interview they will unnecessary take 3-4 rounds asking same questions again and again by different people.
I dont know on which ground they rejected even after giving the best performance during interview
They are not clear what kind of candidates they want
