I was there for more than 4 years and I found there is no work environment and always they fire the employee who works on the project but not to that employee who does not do for the company.
what exact I found? - irritating senior, frustrating senior, zero-knowledge senior who just a time pass full day in the company.
and management sleep well and cover up there sleep what they missed in there home complete in the office.
Example, a team leader who does nothing and actual he/she do not know about anything project under his team going and what products and results actually coming but he/she doing nothing whole month and in last if anyhow some concern comes up he/she never help to the team member and put full blame on it and fire them.
Senior means we do not do anything just fire and put blame on other team members and we enjoy others suffer in this company.
so if you planning to go and join this company will you get nothing back in hand? only a very bad experience.
