Its pathetic to avail a connection from wi5 in Tindivanam (TN). Even though the signal strength is good between my outdoor wireless router and their access point, I am experiencing a heavy packet loss on doing a continuous ping to the gateway ip of the service provider. When contacted the Customer Support, the guy who picked the call is in no mood to LISTEN what a customers issue is. He asked me to logout the service and reboot my PC which could resolve the issue. Guys, its horrible that most of IT professionals knew where the problem occurs in a network.

Its a PATHETIC TO DEAL WITH A NON PROFESSIONAL ISP. Please stay away from Wi5.
