I have been a customer for the past one year, This is the first time facing lot of problem from WI5. My broadband not working for the past one month. I tried customer care more then 100 times no response and tried contacting local branch (Coimbatore), the office is not exist now. I paid 2 month membership, but not received anything.
Are they going to close their service as many of them are facing the same problem ?
