Worst Speed, Utter waste Customer Service
Issue 1: Worst Speed
Due to Very Very Worst Speed and Bad Customer Service I want to cancel my existing Wi5 account with Immediate effect.
Im using INFINITY 1000 unlimited 1 Mbps Plan. I paid around 3000 Rupees for 3 Month. I got the connection on 31 Oct and up to this minutes the speed is very very bad.
Issue 2: Worst Customer Service
Since from last week Im not able to connect with network. The reason is cable connection was loose and it came out from Modem.
To Fix this issue Im calling your contact person Hari and till now the issue is not addressed. Worst Customer Service. I would have made close to 15 no of calls. But Issue Not yet Fixed.
