I bought Wildcraft rainwear in July but but it’s zip was not working properly within a month so complaint about the same to owner. He advised me senda mail to company.there is no response from the company also the shop owner did nothing regarding same I tried to contact him but he denies his responsibility also told me that he can repair it but can’t exchange it though it’s in warranty period.he did not sent any mail to company or report it further.
