This shitty company should be taken to a Consumer Court or forced to shut down by screaming hordes of users outside their garage-office.
After over a year of being subject to connection failures, DNS errors, line breaks, screwed customer support people (they have two dumb women who take crap calls & never resolve any problems) I decided to shift to UCN (022-692 9555) who are still putting up their systems.
Stay away from these WIN Cable morons at all costs! I doubt very much that these jokers are capable of running even a paan-bidi shop, let alone being an ISP. They shouldve stuck to showing sleazy softcore films on Saturday nights out of someones garage. In fact, their office IS actually situated in a garage.
After I informed them that my primary line of business is Internet Technology & Consultancy, I stopped receiving any so called technical reasons for any drop in service, & stated getting the more common theres a line break somewhere response.
WIN Cable service is pathetic, their customer service abysmal, & their concept of connectivity a joke. Their founding principle must be Caveat Emptor (buyer beware).
