These guys deserve an award for testing their clients patience to the fullest capacity..
You tend to forget why you called them in the first place (in event of a complaint) by the time the phone finishes its passing over to 101 people , to whom you are solemnly expected to repeat every single detail of your problem.....
Seventy five percent of the times false promises are made about your complaints being looked into and twenty five percent of the remaining NET IS DOWN................
