I also like shortcuts instead to going manual opening application oh common it save your time.
Most important thing is you can record your live game play like me I have records left 4 dead 2 many times and believe me recording quality is amazing.
Support almost all types of basic drivers of all laptops like sound, video and wifi.
Cortana is also coming with this OS if you like talking with your laptop you can go for it.
For Office use:
As this is Microsoft product then you can enjoy all Microsoft product like MS office and if you are programmer then dotnet and visual studia and so and so.
I love windows 10 because it supports compatible maximum RAM and video graphic card to give you best quality on which you are working.
