Windows phone were first released in second half of 2010 and since they are evolving day by day. But, the pace at which they are growing is not enough to meet the requirements of the customer.
They can be considered better to the Android operating system in the terms that they perform well with less powerful phones as the operating system is light and the phones hangs less.
When it comes to the apps, not even 10% of the applications are available in the windows store as compared to the Android Play store. The available one are also not comparable to the ones on Android store in the terms of features and experience.
If you are a game freak, then I will never recommend you to go for windows phone. Most of the big games will not be launched on the platform or they will be released after a while as compared to other platforms.
So, in any of the ways windows phone are not an good option to buy as they are still in evolving state. Its better to spend your hard earned money on the things that are already in good shape rather than waiting for the things to get in shape.
