Android phone is better than windows phone because in android phone we can easily send or transfer file from android phone to android phone but in windows phone we have to do change setting or we have to do something to send or tranfer file from windows to any like android and windows. We can to many things in android like we can change launcher and even we can change rom or os in android but this thing is not possible in windows but windows have its own advantages like we can install pc software in it without install simulator in it but this is also possible in android phone by simulator or by other thing.
Overall I think android os is better than windows but windows is also a good os.
