The wings here step away from the KFC image we have of wings. Wings at Wings are tossed in their sauces, like wings are supposed to be.
I ordered the Wings in Parmesan Silk sauce and Wings in BBQ Sauce. The wings were well coated in their respective sauces. While the Parmesan silk sauce had a cheesy texture and a mild taste to it, the BBQ sauce was adequately piquant.
The steal really at this place is the Biryani. The Biryani is cooked in a matka and served that way with the dum-cover still intact. I got the Biryani in a matka with the dum flour-lid even when I had called for home delivery.
The two times I ordered, the taste was consistent and good enough to go for a third time in a row.
