I would love to share my experience this is the worst service provider in pune I hired a cab on 10th of jan from wakad booked at 1pm in the afternoon I booked a sedan through there call center to go to airport for my flight at 4 pm I didn’t revived any confirmation so I called them customer care the operator there was not at all helpful they didn’t have a proper knowledge what exactly is mini and sedan so the driver number is asked they provided me at 4.10pm it was getting late the driver was rude and abusive telling if you cant wait then go by walking to airport and he camed at 4.37pm almost half an hour late and he camed with the mini wagon r cab was totally uncomfortable and car was very old model not maintained proper the quality was at worst with engine sound will never book it again
