This is the most Pathetic service offered & below is my 3rd worst experience with Wings. I had booked Wings Cab on 15th Nov, Booking no RPN3286580, Car no MH-12/GZ 4861 from Bhosari to Pune Airport via Dighi. The distance is approx 12 Kms. I am a frequent traveler, hence I am confident on the distance & the bill amount.
However what I have observed is Wing cabs never have meters, they set the Trip meter - which clocks 15-16 kms & the passenger is billed for 16kms. I have experienced it couple of times. The last was for the above trip. On enquiring I was told that there is no meter allotted & this is the way we bill.
Further the Bill that is given has no mention of Wing Radio Cab nor any mention of Service Tax no / PAN no. This is a serious lapse & call for legal action.
This is a day light robbery done by Wings Radio Cab & they are looting their customers providing pathetic service. Hence request fellow travelers to stay away from Wings & not to avail their services.
