Overall Experience Is Bad, From Call To Ride

(Solution, I tried **Taxeeta** Android app(https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.taxeeta), and it looks promising)


Before I tried Taxeeta (https://taxeeta.com), I tried to book a Wings cab by calling 020-40100100. And was made to wait for 15 mins on the call. Now, after waiting for so much time I got distracted by a friend. I responded to their pick up about 5-6 seconds later, they disconnected. After I waited on the call for 15 mins they did not have the time to wait for a customer.

I then called again and waited, (this time I told my friend not to distract me), after 15 mins I told them that I want to book a cab and launch a complaint. They took 45 mins to book a cab. 45 mins to book a cab which was just 200m from where I stay (cab driver told me that he was just close by).

I asked the cab driver if they take that much time to book a cab close by, the driver said no. He said they book and force the booking down. No matter where they are. Its luck that he was close by.

Now, all this points at bad management. I work for a IT company, a software product company and I know what good management is. They lead, mentor, and never give up understanding the customer.


I have no choice, until Wings is around. Now that TravelTime is there, I hope to get some solution to this problem. All I want to do is book a cab. The closer the better. Why is it so difficult to fix for companies like Wings. Dont they understand that the customer wants a cab close by, that’s it.
