We had travel to railway station @ 5 am in the morning. I pre booked the car a week in advance for the same. Got SMS for confirmation on same day. One day before the journey I called them back at the call center to confirm the arrangement. Arrangement was confirmed & I was told that I will get the driver details only 30 mins- 1 hour prior to journey.
Next day morning till 4.30 am no sms / no call. So I started them calling for driver details around 4.50 am. Nobody was taking the phone. I kept calling for next 20 mins. Finally the phone was picked up by a YELLING voice even before listening to my first word.
Still I went ahead and asked where is the cab, person took 5 mins and coolly told that the cab is delayed (clocked the time as 5.20 am). I was about say all XXXX but cut the phone.
I took out my own car drove @ 90+ km speed in the morning rushed to station, already called one friend to take the car & ran in to the railway station. All this with family members ranging from age 80+ to 2-3 yr kids. What a cool experience!
Moral of the story:- Wings is PATHETIC. DO NOT TRUST THEM for odd hour travel.
Do booking of 2 taxis from different operators with a gap of 15 mins. Cancel whosoever comes late.
