When you call radio cab from Wings, be aware that drivers will go to extent to fool you the kms running of the cab & extract more money from you, especially during midnight hours.
Wings did not send the me cab & driver which I received via sms confirmation.
The driver was rash, talking on mobile while driving, shouting on wings call center people at 3:45 am in the morning, asking for more trips to be allocated to him.
Manipulated the meter by 3 kms & forced to pay.
I booked a taxi for return for 4.30 a.m. & I did not receive any confirmation from wings until 4.25 a.m. When called the driver, he mentioned that he has also received the sms only at 4.25 a.m. & will not be able to make it by 4.30 a.m.
Note for Wings people: If you charge customers good money, why can’t you give good services?
