I have used the services of Wings Radio Taxi twice. First one was when I had to take the delivery of my new car at a far away showroom, over 20 km from my place. The driver came on time. He did not turn on the AC and overcharged. Since I was taking the delivery of new car, I was in mood to talk to the driver. Second was on the 1st of this month. I had to take an early morning flight and had booked the taxi the previous day. I did not get the usual SMS confirming booking.
So, I called up again, the lady told me that there is some problem with the messaging system and all the bookings are confirmed. She did not bother to ask for my details! I had asked for the taxi to be available at 4:45 in the morning. Next morning, 4:45, no call from the driver. I called up their call center. The person took my details and said that there is no booking in my name. The bigger disappointment is that Wings is the only radio taxi operator in Pune.
