Poorest service that you can ever imagine. I booked a cab for airport drop scheduled for 10:00 PM. Driver called me only once at 08:00 PM that he is waiting for pick-up and where he needs to come.
I told him that I need a cab only at 10. He said ok that he will call back at 09:45.
It was well past 10 and there was no sign of cab. Cab driver didn’t pick up the call when I dialed 20+ times. Call center guys also didn’t picked the call. some how, I managed to catch my flight.
In a nutshell, Hopeless service. Never ever trust these guys.
