I booked radio cab around at 2 O’ clock and asked them to arrange pickup @ 4 O’clock, but the executive told me it can be delay by 15 min so I told them to book it before15 min to keep buffer time. driver has called me around @ 3:50 but my mobile was out off coverage for 5 min as it was hanged, I got his message immediately I called him and he told that he has left from there.This was I experienced this 2nd time with radio cab.
They always informed us; waiting charges are 1 rs per minute but never that they come before timw and leave before the actual timing.
