Very pathetic service now- I was a regular WINGS RADIO CABS customer and was very happy with their service. Infact I spread good reviews about the service in my office too and people started using it themselves.
In the past 8-10 months my experience has been so bad that I have stopped using WINGS radio cabs anymore. The 1st time in May-13, we booked the cab 2 days in advance but didnt receive any sms confirmation. At the time of departure we waited for the cab but there was no sms with the drivers name and number.
On calling we were told to wait for 10 mins and the driver would reach us. Then after 1/2 an hour and a few more calls, we were finally frustrated no end and after threatening to complain to the higher ups, we were sent a cab just in time to catch our train. The second time in Nov-13, the same thing happened and after 2-3 calls, the customer care stopped picking our calls too and we were finally told to book any other service as they were unable to cater to the increased load on WINGS.
They were unapologetic and very arrogant. Then and there I decided to STOP using this cab service! It seems that the number of requests is much more than the vehicles they have, leading to this problem. But they do not inform the customer in advance about it! NOT OK WINGS, YOU LET US DOWN!
